Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Preview AI (“Service”), operated by LOMTech. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise using Preview AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Preview AI is an AI-powered CV builder that allows you to upload documents (e.g. PDF, DOCX), extract and structure content using AI (e.g. Azure OpenAI), edit your CV, choose themes, and download a PDF. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction to consent to use of online services) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these Terms on your behalf.
4. Account and Security
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law; (b) upload content that infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy, or that is defamatory or harmful; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data; (d) overload or disrupt the Service (e.g. automated scraping or abuse); (e) resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these rules.
6. Your Content and License to Us
You retain ownership of the CV and other content you upload or create (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and transmit your User Content only as necessary to provide and improve the Service (e.g. sending content to AI for parsing and enhancement). We do not use your User Content for marketing or train third-party AI models on your personal data beyond what is needed to operate the Service.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to extract, structure, and optionally enhance your CV text. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before using it (e.g. in job applications). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
8. Our Intellectual Property
Preview AI, LOMTech, the platform design, themes, logos, and all related technology and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our service or branding except as allowed by the normal use of the Service (e.g. downloading your own CV).
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOMTech and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOMTech and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may delete or retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and indicate the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Myanmar, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
